Research and teaching facilities

Constantly modernised teaching and research facilities enable the university to educate students and conduct research at the highest, world level.  It also creates space for research projects (doctoral dissertations, postdoctoral professional experience, and postdoctoral qualification dissertations) at a very high level.

Educational activities take place in:

  • over 150 lecture rooms,
  • over 200 rooms designed for practical classes and discussions,
  • 800 laboratory-type rooms,
  • 20 conference rooms.

Lecture and conference rooms are equipped with multimedia projectors, visualisers, interactive whiteboards and monitors, screens, video conference systems, microphones, professional sound systems, as well as systems enabling simultaneous translation and interpreting. The equipment enables conducting classes (as well as organising conferences, symposia, meetings, and trainings) with the use of multimedia technologies and modern teaching methods.
