Corporate governance – theory and practice

On 21-22 June 2018 a conference Corporate governance – theory and practice will take place at the Faculty of Management AGH UST.

Organized for over ten years, the conference attracts attention of both Polish and foreign scientific communities. The conference provides a forum in which delegates can interact and network with the topic areas being at the forefront of corporate governance developments, best practices and emerging trends in an international context.

The focus of the conference will be on the direct transfer of modern technologies and governance solutions into companies. As a result, the representatives of the companies will be able to improve a company's governance profile.

We hope this event will be an annual gathering for academics and corporate governance professionals to meet, discuss and track corporate governance develpoments in European Union.
